Taylor Ferris, Co-Founder & CEO

Accomplished real estate broker specializing in investment, development strategy, land use, product design, sales and revenue planning, market analysis, and negotiation. Taylor brings 10 years of industry knowledge and experience to Wellfound. His former roles as Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Lenox Homes, and Luxury Sales Agent at Sotheby's International Realty have made him well-connected within the real estate community.

Taylor has worked with a variety of clients, from those making their first purchase to seasoned home owners & real estate investors. Properties range from single family homes & units, to multi-family buildings.

Cory Ferris, Co-Founder & CMO

Licensed California real estate agent since 2016, Cory specializes in residential sales, investment, and development throughout the East Bay. As Co-Founder and CMO of Wellfound Real Estate Inc., Cory brings a strategic, client-focused approach to every transaction.

With a background in interior design (coryalisa.com), Cory has a discerning eye for a property’s potential and the ability to recognize opportunities that others may overlook. Her design expertise, combined with her real estate experience, gives clients a unique perspective when evaluating homes and investment properties.
